The Next Salon:
I’m feeling inspired by some new tools and practices I’ve been playing with — and I genuinely cannot wait to share them. So I’m doing what feels most natural: gathering people and exploring it together.
In this 90-minute live experience, we will step into [this month's theme]. We'll explore, we'll play, we'll connect — and we'll probably surprise ourselves. I'll bring everything I know: somatic practice, intuitive work, some things you've never tried. We'll see what opens.
Here's what I know to be true: there is great beauty in the journey of self-discovery — play, joy, depth, meaning, and expansion, too. Through exploration and clearing the pathway, we bring our light into the world. Every one of us has big, gorgeous light to offer. And the world needs it. The full, unfiltered expression of who you actually are.
This session is free. Open to anyone in our circle.

I'm only inviting friends, folks I've worked with, and anyone you choose to bring — so it should be a wonderful group. (This isn't going out on social or to my larger list.)
What To Expect
This is an experiential gathering. You won’t be asked to whip out paint brushes — but you will be asked to get into your body and out of your mind.
The exact experience is shaped by the group that comes together. That's intentional. You'll interact, engage, and be invited to step into your spirit — out of your comfort zone and into something alive. Oh, and definitely play.
Come ready to be surprised.

If something comes up and you can't attend live, I'll send along a recording of my guidance. Please note: out of respect for everyone's privacy, the recording won't include the group experience or personal sharing.

From Past Salons
Each Salon is small and private, so most of what happens in the room stays in the room. But here's a glimpse of where we've been, and what people have carried out with them.
Creativity! We explored our innate human capacity for it — our life force in motion, not confined to art alone. We got out of our minds and into our bodies, and it was breath taking. We heard deep longings come to life, translated into actionable steps. We witnessed awe and wonder, courage and expansion. And each person left with a new way of accessing their own creativity.
People left with more than an idea — a real, felt sense of their own creativity, many for the first time in years, and a next step small enough to actually do: a ritual, a meal made without a recipe, an hour with nothing to prove.
