I’m feeling inspired by some new tools and practices I’ve been playing with — and I genuinely cannot wait to share them. So I’m doing what feels most natural: gathering people and exploring it together.
In this 90-minute live experience, we will step into our creativity. We’ll explore, we’ll play, we’ll connect — and we’ll probably surprise ourselves. I’ll bring everything I know: somatic practice, intuitive work, some things you’ve never tried. We’ll see what opens.
Here’s what I know to be true: we are all born with a stunning capacity for creativity. And the world needs it. Not the creativity you’ve filtered and managed to be successful. The full expression of who you actually are.
Your creativity makes life fun, inspiring, joyful, and meaningful. It is one of your greatest gifts — and it is waiting for you to come back to it.
This first session is free. Open to anyone. Future sessions will be donation-based.

What To Expect
This is an experiential gathering. You won’t be asked to whip out paint brushes — but you will be asked to get into your body and out of your mind.
The exact experience is shaped by the group that comes together. That’s intentional. You will interact, engage, and be invited to step into your spirit — out of your comfort zone and into something alive. Oh – and definitely play!
Come ready to be surprised.

If something comes up and you can’t attend live, I will send you a recording of my guidance. Please note: out of respect for the privacy of our participants, the recording will not include the group experience or any personal sharings.
