Energy healing is one of the oldest forms of medicine in the world. It is also, increasingly, one of the most researched. What I offer is hands-on healing — working directly with the human energy field, the layers of energy that surround and interpenetrate the physical body — to support restoration, release, and return to wholeness. It’s great on its own or as a complement to other healing modalities for physical, emotional or spiritual integration.
I am completing my first year at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, a four-year professional program widely considered the most rigorous energy healing training in the world. As part of my clinical training, I am offering free sessions this summer to people I trust. This is not a preview or an introduction to a paid offering. It is simply the work, offered freely, while I train.
What I Offer
Each session is 75 minutes. Depending on what your system calls for, I may work with one or more of the following:

Spinal Clearing — releasing congestion and stagnant energy along the spine and central channel

Brain Balancing — supporting coherence and integration between the hemispheres

Chelation — a full-body practice that balances the chakras and the first four layers of the energetic field
How It Works Remotely
Energy healing is not bound by physical proximity. The field we work with exists beyond the limitations of time and space — what physics calls the quantum field. Sessions are held over Zoom. You will be lying down; I will be with you. My hands will move through your field and make contact with key activation points and areas of the body that call for attention. You may feel warmth, pressure, tingling, or a sense of being touched — even across the distance. Many people do. Or you may not notice anything at all during the session.
You don’t need to understand how this works for it to work. You only need to be willing to receive.
What To Expect
Before the session
Find a quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed for 75 minutes. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Have a blanket nearby — the body sometimes cools during deep rest. No other preparation is needed.
When we begin
We’ll open with a conversation. I’ll ask about where you are, what you’re carrying, and your medical history. This serves both as a way for me to meet you where you are and to ensure your safety — working with the energy field requires that I understand your full picture. Everything shared remains between us.
During the session
Similar to getting a massage, you may begin laying face down or face up and be prompted to turn over during the session. There is nothing to do, track, or understand during the healing. I will be working with your energy field — moving through the layers, clearing what has become stagnant, supporting what wants to come into balance.
Most people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation. Some feel the sensation of being touched at specific points on the body. Some see colors or imagery. Some feel emotion and/or energy move through and release. Some drift into a very quiet, restful state and feel nothing unusual at all. You may simply fall asleep. All of it is right. Your system will receive exactly what it needs.
After the session
We’ll take a few minutes to reconnect and return before we close. Drink water afterward. Rest if you can. Be gentle with yourself for the remainder of the day. Integration continues for 24–48 hours after a session — you may notice shifts in sleep, mood, energy, or clarity in the days that follow. Who Is This For
This work is for anyone who feels called to it — whether you are navigating something specific or simply curious about what energy healing can offer. You do not need prior experience or any particular belief system. Openness is enough.
Who I am not yet able to work with
As a student practitioner, I am not yet equipped to work with individuals managing terminal illness, active cancer, serious psychiatric conditions, or acute medical crises. I can make a referral if this is something you would like to explore for these conditions. If you are unsure whether this is appropriate for you, please reach out before booking — I am happy to have a brief conversation.
