What This Is
A free, guided twenty-minute experience — part teaching, part practice — introducing you to Yoga Nidra, also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR): one of the oldest and most researched restorative practices in the world.

About The Practice
Yoga Nidra — also now known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest — is a somatic meditation done lying down, eyes closed, guided by a voice. No movement. No prior experience required. (This free experience is designed for you to do at your desk though!)
It guides the brain into the same restorative wave states as deep sleep while you remain conscious — awake, but deeply at rest. In this state, the nervous system can settle, the body can begin to repair, and the mind can quiet enough for something else to come through: clarity, creative insight, a felt sense of what's actually true for you.
This isn't only about restoration, though restoration is real and measurable. Regular practice has been shown to support easing anxiety, improving sleep, accessing creativity, and helping the body process experiences it hasn't fully metabolized — grief, big transitions, even joy that hasn't yet settled in.
